TRADING UPDATE

Shareholders are advised that StratCorp is currently finalising its results for the six months ended 31 August
2012 and anticipates that the group will reflect a basic loss and a headline loss of between 2.83 and 3.53
cents per share, compared to a basic loss of 0.35 cents and a headline loss of 0.37 cents per share for the
six months ended 31 August 2011.

The results of the group for the year under review have been affected by inter alia, the losses incurred by the
group’s foreign operations, restructuring costs as well as a continued general decline in revenue as a result
of the tight economic conditions that continued to have an impact on the disposable income of the client
base of the group.

The financial information on which this trading update is based has not been reviewed or reported on by the
company`s auditors.

The company’s results for the six months ended 31 August 2012 are expected to be released on SENS on
or about 30 November 2012.
