Shareholders are referred to the previous trading statement published on SENS on 2 November 2012 which advised shareholders that the board of directors were reasonably certain that the revised expected decline in the earnings per share and headline earnings per share for the year ended 31 August 2012 will be approximately 282% and 219% respectively compared to the earnings per share and headline earnings per share for the comparable period ended 31 August 2011. Shareholders are hereby advised that the board of directors wishes to revise the above figures and advise that it is reasonably certain that the revised expected decline in the earnings per share and headline earnings per share for the year ended 31 August 2012 will be approximately 285% and 286% respectively compared to the earnings per share and headline earnings per share for the comparable period ended 31 August 2011.
