5087)(“the Company”) are advised that Mary D. Batoff was replaced as company
secretary by Emmerentia (Emma) Oosthuizen on 12 November 2012. Ms. Batoff
continues to serve the Company in her role as President and Chief Executive Office. Ms.
Oosthuizen also continues to serve in the roles of Senior Vice President and Chief
Financial Officer.
