NOTIFICATION IN TERMS OF SECTION 122(3) OF THE COMPANIES ACT AND
SECTION 3.83(b) OF THE JSE LISTINGS REQUIREMENTS

In accordance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act, 71 of
2008 ("the Act"), and section 3.83(b) of the JSE Listing
Requirements, shareholders are advised that 360One Asset Management
(Pty) Ltd, has acquired a beneficial interest in the ordinary and N
ordinary shares of the Company, such that all its beneficial
interests in the ordinary shares of the Company amount to 5.23% of
the total number of ordinary shares in issue and all its beneficial
interest in the N ordinary shares of the Company amount to 15,37% of
the total number of N ordinary shares in issue.

The Company hereby confirms that it has received the required notice
from 360One Asset Management (Pty) Ltd in terms of Section 122(1) of
the Act and has filed the required notice with the Takeover
Regulation Panel in terms of section 122(3) (a) of the Act.
