CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

The Board, at its meeting on 13 November 2012, appointed Mr S P (Patrick) Mngconkola
as a Non-executive Director with immediate effect. Mr Mngconkola fills the vacancy left by
Mr Zakhele Sithole who passed away in August this year.

We welcome Mr Mngconkola and look forward to his contribution to the Board and the
Growthpoint Group.
