Shareholders are referred to the amended notice of Annual General Meeting posted to them on 12 November 2012 and are
advised that the record date to determine which shareholders will be entitled to vote at the Annual
General Meeting will be Friday, 7 December 2012. Accordingly the last date to trade will be Friday, 30
November 2012. Completed proxy forms should be returned to the company’s Transfer Secretaries by not later than 11h00
on Tuesday 11 December 2012.
