contains no changes to the reviewed provisional results which were announced on SENS on Friday,
7 September 2012.
The annual report contains a notice of annual general meeting (“AGM”). The AGM will be held at the
offices of the company at 5th Floor, 14 Long Street, Cape Town, 8001 at 10h00 on Wednesday,
12 December 2012.
