NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that the annual financial statements of the
Company for the year ended 31 May 2012 were posted to shareholders on 31
October 2012 and contain no modifications to the abridged audited
consolidated financial statements which were released on SENS on 21
August 2012.
Notice of annual general meeting
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of shareholders
of Morvest will be held at 10 Kikuyu Road, Sunninghill, Gauteng, 2191 on
29 November 2012 at 10:00 for the purpose of conducting the business as
stated in the notice of annual general meeting forming part of the 2012
integrated annual report.
Record dates
The notice of annual general meeting was posted to shareholders of the
Company who were recorded as such in the Company's securities register
on Friday, 26 October 2012.
The date on which shareholders of the Company must be recorded as such
in the Company's securities register in order to attend and vote at the
annual general meeting is Friday, 23 November 2012. The last day to
trade in order to be entitled to vote at the annual general meeting is
Friday, 16 November 2012. Proxy Forms must be lodged by no later than
10:00 on, Tuesday 27 November 2012.
