Appointment of new company secretary


In compliance with section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, shareholders 
are hereby advised that Mrs Nettie Wilhelmina Moffatt has been appointed as company secretary 
with effect from 2 November 2012. 

Mrs Moffatt is an admitted attorney, conveyancer and notary public of the High Court of South 
Africa. She practised in such capacity for several law firms, dealing with litigation, property 
and commercial matters, before establishing her own practice in 2010. She is the holder of LLB 
and LLM (commercial law) degrees.

The Board welcomes her and wishes her a long and fruitful relationship with the company.
