SUSPENSION OF SHARES AND LIQUIDATION APPLICATION



It is with regret that the board of directors of 1time (“the board”) hereby advises shareholders that the
Company’s main trading company and subsidiary, 1time Airline Proprietary Limited, has filed for
liquidation.

At the board meeting held today and in consultation with the Business Rescue Practitioner, it was
recognised and agreed that the business had no reasonable prospect of being rescued.

Shareholders are further advised that trading has been halted on the 1time share and the Company will
make application for suspension thereof.
