RESULTS OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF AVI SHAREHOLDERS

At the annual general meeting of the shareholders of AVI
held at 11h00 on Friday, 2 November 2012 (“the AGM”), all
the ordinary and special resolutions tabled at the AGM were
approved by the requisite majorities.

The special resolutions will be registered with the Companies
and Intellectual Property Commission in due course.

As communicated in the preliminary results announcement for
the year ended 30 June 2012 published on 10 September 2012,
Mr Angus Band resigned as a non-executive director with
effect from 2 November 2012.
