CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings
Requirements of the JSE Limited, the board of directors
of Bowler Metcalf notifies shareholders that Mr Edgar
George Tindale retired as an independent non-executive
director and member of the audit and risk committee on
31 October 2012.     The   board   thanks  him   for  his
contribution to the company over the past four years.

The board is pleased to announce that Sarah Jane Gillett
(Sonnenberg), B.Com. (Accounts and Economics), has been
appointed   as   a   non-executive   director   as   from
1 November 2012 and replaces Mr Edgar George Tindale as a
member of the audit and risk committee. Sarah qualified
with a B.Com from Stellenbosch in accounting and
economics in 1994 and has further training in marketing
and negotiations. She has worked nationally and abroad,
mainly in marketing and sales. Sarah has run, as MD, the
family business of importation and distribution of
products into the printing and architectural industries
since 2010.
