NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are hereby advised that the Company`s 2012 notice
of annual general meeting and integrated annual report,
containing the audited annual financial statements for the year
ended 30 June 2012, was dispatched to shareholders today, 31
October 2012, and contains no modifications to the results which
were announced on SENS on Thursday, 27 September 2012. The
integrated annual report will also be made available on the
Company`s website at www.digicore.com from Monday, 5 November
2012.

NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of the
Company will be held in the boardroom of the Company at DigiCore
Building, Regency Office Park, 9 Regency Drive, Route 21
Corporate Park, Irene Ext 30, Centurion, on Wednesday, 28
November 2012 at 09h00 to transact the business as set out in
the notice of annual general meeting.

The date on which shareholders must be recorded as such in the
share register to be eligible to attend and vote at the annual
general meeting will be Friday, 23 November 2012, with the last
day to trade being Friday, 16 November 2012.
