Shareholders are referred to the announcement dated 8 October 2012 relating to an update on the
CEO and Mr Smith’s cancellation of his fixed term employment contract.

Further to the above, shareholders are now informed that Mr Smith has resigned as a director of the
Company and all group companies with immediate effect.
