RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR

In compliance with the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, the
Company wishes to announce the resignation of Mr Paul Smith as
executive and director of the Company with effect from 29 October
2012 to pursue other interests. The board of directors wishes to
thank Mr Smith for his contributions during his tenure as
executive chairman and wishes him well on his future endeavours.
An announcement on the appointment of a chairman to the board of
directors will be made in due course.
