RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

At the annual general meeting of shareholders of Seardel held on Monday, 29
October 2012 (in terms of the notice of annual general meeting contained in
the Seardel integrated annual report issued on 28 September 2012), all of the
resolutions were passed by the requisite majority of Seardel shareholders.
