Shareholders are advised that the Company’s integrated annual report, incorporating the audited financial
statements for the year ended 30 April 2012, was dispatched on Friday, 26 October 2012 and contains no
changes to the audited group results which were announcement on SENS on 23 July 2012.

The integrated annual report contains a notice of annual general meeting for shareholders of Ellies, which
will be held at 94 Eloff Street Ext, Village Deep, Johannesburg, 2001 on Wednesday, 28 November 2012 at
12:00.
