Shareholders of Buildmax (Shareholders) are referred to the announcements dated 2 May 2012, 22 August 2012, 
25 September 2012 and 17 October 2012 and are herewith advised that the resolutions as approved by Shareholders 
at the Shareholders meeting held on 16 October 2012 have been filed with the Companies and Intellectual Property 
Commission and, as a result, all conditions have been met for the odd-lot offer and the specific offer 
to proceed in terms of the various timetables as set out in the announcement dated 25 September 2012 
and in the circular to shareholders, dated 25 September 2012.
