TRADING STATEMENT

The Board of Wilderness hereby announces that the Group's interim
results for the six months ended 31 August 2012 are likely to be
higher than those achieved in the six months ended on 31 August
2011.

This is attributable to a number of factors, most importantly the
weaker local currencies which translated into higher reported
revenues and also to a reduction in the impairment of assets.

Full details will be given in the interim announcement of the
results, due to be released on 30 October 2012. The Company will
be holding a conference call to present the results to interested
parties at 10.30 Central African time on that date. A presentation
of the Group’s interim results will be available on the Company’s
website at
http://www.wildernessholdings.com/investor_centre/presentations.
