SUSPENSION OF TRADING

Shareholders are referred to the SENS announcement dated 17 October 2012.
Shareholders are advised the directors of the company requested that trading in the
shares of the company be suspended with immediate effect following the provisional
liquidation orders of Sea Kay Holdings Limited and Sea Kay Engineering Services
(Pty) Ltd. Shareholders are advised that the suspension of trading took place with
effect from 17 October 2012.

Shareholders are further advised that Sea Kay Engineering Services KwaZulu-Natal
(Pty) Ltd was placed in final liquidation on the 5th of October 2012 by order of the
KwaZulu-Natal High Court, Durban, on the 5th of October 2012 under case number
5273/2012.
