RESULTS OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Shareholders are advised that the requisite majority of
shareholders unanimously approved all of the ordinary and
special resolutions tabled at the annual general meeting of
Capevin held today, 18 October 2012. The special resolution
will   be  lodged   with  the Registrar  of  Companies  for
registration in due course.
