DISTRIBUTION FINALISATION ANNOUNCEMENT


Holders of PropTrax TEN securities are advised that a distribution will be made in respect of the quarter ended
30 September 2012.

This distribution of 25.39 cents per PropTrax TEN security is not subject to dividends withholding tax and
comprises:

-     25.32 cents in respect of distributions received on securities held in property loan stock companies and
      collective investment schemes in property;
-     0.07 cents in respect of interest; and
-     0.00 cents in respect of other income, including scrip lending income1

The distribution will be made to all holders of PropTrax TEN securities who were recorded in the register on
Friday, 28 September 2012 and will be paid on Monday, 15 October 2012.
