Business Connexion shareholders (“Shareholders”) are referred to the cautionary announcement released by
the Company on SENS on 12 July 2012, and to a further cautionary announcement published on SENS on
24 August 2012. Shareholders are advised that the Company is still in negotiations which, if successfully
concluded, may have a material effect on the price of the Company’s securities.
