CONFIRMATION OF REGISTRATION OF SPECIAL RESOLUTIONS, CHANGE OF
NAME OF THE COMPANY, SALIENT DATES, UPDATE ANNOUNCEMENT ON THE
REVERSE LISTING OF ARDOR SA LIMITED AND THE VARIOUS ACQUISITIONS
AND CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT


The Company is pleased to advise that the special resolutions
regarding the change in name of the company to Ardor SA Limited,
the conversion of share capital to no par value, the increase in
authorised share capital and the newly adopted Memorandum of
Incorporation have been registered by CIPC.  Accordingly, the
company is now able to proceed with securing the cash from the
various subscribers in order to provide guarantees to enable the
transfer of the various properties to be lodged with the deeds
office. Shareholders and investors are reminded that the listing
remains subject to the transfer of the minimum portfolio. Due to
the delay in registration of the special resolutions, certain
acquisition agreements have lapsed and revival agreements are
being negotiated.

The salient dates for the name change and conversion of existing
shares are set out below:

Notes
1. The abovementioned dates and times are South African dates and
    times and are subject to amendment. Any such amendment will be
    announced on SENS and in the press.
2. Share certificates in the name of Decillion will not be able to
    be dematerialised or rematerialised after Friday, 12 October
    2012.

The salient dates for the issue and listing of the new shares in
Ardor SA Limited will be announced once the transfer of the
minimum portfolio has been finalised.

As previously announced investors and/or shareholders are
permitted to continue to subscribe for shares up to the date of
the listing of the securities for purposes of the reverse listing.

The Company will keep shareholders informed of progress made, the
final results of the subscription and new salient dates.

Due to the revival negotiations detailed above and the requirement
for the minimum portfolio to be transferred to the Company ahead
of listing, shareholders are advised to exercise caution when
dealing in their shares until a further announcement is made.
