Fourth quarter 2012 ferrochrome price announcement

Shareholders of the Company are advised that the European benchmark
ferrochrome price has been settled, after negotiation with major European stainless
steel producers, at $1.10 per pound for the fourth quarter of 2012, a decrease of
12% from $1.25 per pound in the third quarter of 2012.
