REPORT ON VOTING RESULTS

In accordance with section 11.3 of National Instrument 51-102 – Continuous Disclosure Obligations, we
hereby advise of the results of voting on the matters submitted to the annual general meeting (the
“Meeting”) of the shareholders (the “Shareholders”) of First Uranium Corporation (the “Corporation”)
held on September 28, 2012.

As at the record date for the Meeting, there were 237,882,967 units (each a “Unit”) of the Corporation
issued and outstanding. Each Unit was comprised of 100 Class A Special Shares and 1 Class B Common
Share. Each Class B Common Share is entitled to one (1) vote and there are no voting rights attached to
the Class A Special Shares.

The total number of Class B Common Shares voted was 114,822,179 or 48.27% of the total issued and
outstanding Class B Common Shares.

The matters voted upon at the Meeting and the results of the voting were as follows:

Item 1: Election of Directors

By a vote by way of show of hands, the number of directors was fixed at four and the following directors
were elected to hold office for a term to expire immediately following the next annual meeting of
Shareholders or until their successors are duly appointed:

Hugh C. Cameron
Normand Champigny
John W.W. Hick
Peter M. Surgey

The report on proxies indicated the following:

Item 2: Appointment of Auditors

By a vote by way of show of hands, PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc., Chartered Accountants were re-
appointed auditors of the Corporation to hold office until the close of the next annual meeting of the
Shareholders or until their successors are appointed, and the directors of the Corporation were
authorized to fix the remuneration of the auditors. The report on proxies indicated “For” 113,505,851
(98.91%) and “Withheld” 1,254,150 (1.09%).
