NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
The summarised annual financial statements, which have been derived from the audited consolidated financial
statements for Pinnacle for the year ended 30 June 2012, have been dispatched to shareholders today, 28
September 2012. There has been no change from the reviewed results for the year ended 30 June 2012,
released on SENS on 6 September 2012. The annual financial statements were audited by the Company`s
auditors, BDO South Africa Inc. and their unmodified report is available for inspection at the Company`s
registered office.
The summarised annual report contains a notice of annual general meeting for the Company, which will be
held in the boardroom of the Company at the Summit, 269, 16th Street Randjespark, Midrand on Friday, 26
October 2012 at 10:00.
The integrated report for the year ended 30 June 2012 will be available on the Company’s website:
http://www.pinnacleholdings.co.za/Investors/ from midnight on Sunday, 30 September 2012.
The board of directors of the Company has determined, in accordance with section 59 of the Companies Act,
71 of 2008, as amended, that the record dates for shareholders to be recorded as shareholders in the securities
register of the Company in order to:
(i) be entitled to receive the notice of annual general meeting is Friday, 21 September 2012 , and
(ii) be entitled to attend, speak and vote at the annual general meeting is Friday, 19 October 2012.
The last date to trade to be entitled to attend, speak and vote at the annual general meeting is Friday, 12
October 2012.
