Notice is hereby given that the 3 month JIBAR rate as at 28
September 2012 is 5.063% per annum. Accordingly the interest
payment payable on 31 December 2012, for the period 1 October
2012 to 31 December 2012 (Following Business Day Convention
applicable*), will be calculated on a rate of 6.263% per annum
(120bps over 5.063%)

*When the Interest Payment Date falls on a non-Business day,
such Interest Payment Date shall be postponed to the following
business day.
