Shareholders are advised that Peregrine’s integrated report, incorporating the audited financial statements
for the year ended 31 March 2012, was dispatched today and contains no changes to the reviewed results
which were announced on SENS on Thursday, 7 June 2012.

Included in the integrated report is a notice of annual general meeting for the company, which will be held at
