TRADING STATEMENT ANNOUNCEMENT


In terms of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited
(the “JSE”), listed companies are required to publish a
trading statement as soon as they are satisfied that a
reasonable degree of certainty exists that the financial
results for the next period to be reported on will vary by
more than 20% from those of the previous corresponding
period or from a profit forecast previously provided to the
market in relation to such period.

Accordingly, shareholders are advised that the Company
expects that the earnings per share and headline earnings
per share for the six months ended 31 August 2012 will be
between 20% and 30% lower than the prior comparative
period.

This trading statement has not been reviewed or reported on
by the Company’s external auditors.
