APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTORS

Unitholders of Fountainhead are advised of the following appointments to
the board of directors of Fountainhead with effect from 20 September 2012:

  Mr Andrew Konig has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director.      Mr
  Konig is a qualified chartered accountant with 19 years of commercial
  and financial experience and was previously group financial director of
  Independent News and Media. He is furthermore the financial director
  of Redefine Properties Limited and serves on the executive and
  investment committee; and

  Mr Bernard Nackan has been appointed as an Independent Non-Executive
  Director. Mr Nackan was financial editor of the Rand Daily Mail and an
  executive director of Sage Group from 1974 until his retirement in
  2003.   He is a member of the Collective Investment Schemes Advisory
  Committee   and  is   also   a  non-executive   director of   Redefine
  International Limited and Rezko Asset Management.
