CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS – RESIGNATION OF DIRECTORS



In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited, the board of directors of
William Tell (“the Board”) hereby notifies its shareholders that Mr Rob Scott, Mr Mike Borello and Mr
Anthony de la Rue have resigned as independent non-executive directors with effect from 19 September
2012.

The Board thanks Rob, Mike and Anthony for their contribution to the Company and wishes them well in their
future endeavours.
