As a result of the “Interest Distribution” an adjustment was made to the exercise price to ensure the financial position of the
warrant holders is unprejudiced.

Investec Bank Limited, as Issuers of the abovementioned warrant HYPIVB, would like to advise Holders, that due to the new
adjusted exercise price of R0.00, effective 17 September 2012, HYPIVB was terminated and Holders are now entitled to
receive the linked units at the new exercise price of R0.01, together with the balance of the cash payment being the R1.98
distribution less the R0.28 final pay down of the strike (equaling R1.69). This will automatically accrue to holders via
instruction to STRATE.
