GRANT AND ACCEPTANCE OF RIGHTS TO PARTICIPANTS IN SHARE PLANS

In compliance with Rules 3.63 to 3.74 of the Listings Requirements of the
JSE Limited ("JSE"), the following information is disclosed:

Directors of the Metrofile Holdings group have been granted rights to
participate in the Company’s share based incentive plans as follows:

Share appreciation rights, which are subject to performance conditions and
vest after three years, at a grant price of R3,58:

Graham Wackrill 731,649 rights (direct beneficial)
Richard Buttle 487,766 rights (direct beneficial)
Guy Kimble 478,816 rights (direct beneficial)

All rights are subject to the rules of the share incentive plan, as
approved by shareholders at the general meeting held on 9 October 2008 and
amendments thereto approved by shareholders at the annual general meeting
held on 28 November 2011.

Clearance to deal was obtained in terms of paragraph 3.66 of the JSE
Limited Listings Requirements.
