DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE CFR SHARE INSTALMENT

Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for COMPAGNIE FIN RICHEMONT SA and that
as a result of the dividend declaration relating to COMPAGNIE FIN RICHEMONT SA (CFR) the Trustees
of the Share Instalment Trust have declared a dividend amount of ZAC 48.5666 cents per CFRNID
share instalment that is payable on Friday, 21 September 2012. The dividend is subject to the Swiss
withholding tax of 35 per cent. This results in a net dividend of ZAC 31.5683 cents per share
instalment.
South African residents are eligible to recover 20 per cent of the 35 per cent withholding tax levied
on the CFR dividend.
The exchange rate applicable for the conversion of Swiss franc to rand for payment of the dividend is
ZAR 8.8303: Swiss franc 1. The final payment will be rounded to two decimal places.

The last day to trade cum-dividend was Friday, 07 September 2012. The Share Instalment
commenced trading ex-dividend from Monday, 10 September 2012. The record date will be Friday,
14 September 2012.
