Trust (“Fountainhead”) to gauge support for a potential acquisition of the assets of the Fountainhead, which may have
an impact on the price at which Redefine’s linked units trade. Accordingly, Redefine unitholders are advised to
exercise caution when dealing in their Redefine units until a further announcement is made.
