DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE NPN SHARE INSTALMENT

Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for NASPERS LTD -N- and that as a result of
the dividend declaration relating to NASPERS LTD -N- (NPN) the Trustees of the Share Instalment
Trust have declared a dividend amount of 335 cents per NPNNIH share instalment that is payable on
Tuesday, 25 September 2012. The dividend is subject to a local tax of 15 per cent. STC credits utilized
equate to 121.91778 cents per share instalment. This results in a net dividend of 303.03767 cents
per share instalment. The final payment will be rounded to two decimal places.

The last day to trade cum-dividend is Friday, 14 September 2012. The Share Instalment will
commence trading ex-dividend from Monday, 17 September 2012. The record date will be Friday, 21
September 2012.
