In terms of the new Dividend Tax effective 1 April 2012, the following additional information is disclosed: 1) local dividend tax rate is 15%; 2) STC credits utilised is 121.91778 cents per share; 3) net local dividend amount is 303.03767 per share for shareholders liable to pay the new Dividends Tax and 335 cents per share for shareholders exempt from paying the new Dividends Tax; and 4) the issued share capital of Naspers Limited is 411,711,353 ordinary shares.
