INFORMATION ANNOUNCEMENT - DISCLOSURE OF DISPOSAL OF SECURITIES

Unitholders are advised that Investec Asset Management Holdings (Pty) Limited (“Investec Asset
Management”), on behalf of segregated clients, has voluntarily notified Sycom that it has disposed of
a beneficial interest in securities of the Fund, such that the total beneficial interest of Sycom securities
held by Investec Asset Management is now 4.81% of the total issued Sycom securities.

This announcement is for information purposes only and is not in terms of the JSE Listings
Requirements.
