NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
OF SHAREHOLDERS

Shareholders are advised that the Company’s integrated
annual   report,  incorporating  the   audited  financial
statements for the year ended 29 February 2012, was
posted to shareholders today Thursday, 30 August 2012 and
contains no changes to the audited provisional results
which were announced on SENS on Monday, 28 May 2012 and
in the press on Tuesday, 29 May 2012. The annual
financial statements were audited by the Company`s
auditors, Deloitte & Touche and their unmodified report
is available for inspection at the Company`s registered
office.

The Company’s integrated annual report will also be made
available on its website www.pkh.co.za.

Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of
Protech shareholders will be held at the Firenze Room,
The Pivot Convention Centre, Block B at Montecasino on
Tuesday, 18 September 2012 at 09h00, to transact business
as stated in the notice of the annual general meeting of
shareholders   circulated   together  with   the   annual
financial statements.
