Shareholders are advised that the annual report for the fifteen months ended 31 March 
2012 will be dispatched to them today (30 August 2012).  The abridged audited results for 
the same period were released on SENS on 22 May 2012.

Notice of annual general meeting:
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of shareholders of the company 
will be held at 14 College Road, Rondebosch, Cape Town at 16:00 on Friday, 28 
September 2012.

The following salient dates apply to the annual general meeting:

Last day to trade to be eligible to vote at the

Record date for determining those shareholders
