In accordance with the JSE Limited Listings Requirements and Section 122(3) of the Companies Act
2008, shareholders are advised of the following:


Arisaig Africa Consumer Fund Limited has notified the Company that it has acquired 1 506 000
shares of the Company. Accordingly, their beneficial interest in the Company following the
acquisition equates to 5.44% of the total issued share capital of the Company.
