No Change Statement
Shareholders are advised that the Company’s annual report
incorporating the audited annual financial statements for the year
ended 29 February 2012 (“the Annual Report”) was posted to
shareholders on 22 August 2012. The audited annual financial
statements contain no modifications to the reviewed results
released on SENS on 26 June 2012.

Notice of Annual General Meeting
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of
shareholders will be held at Route 21 Corporate Park, 45 Sovereign
Drive, Ground Floor, Unit C, Irene x30, 0046 at 10:00 on Tuesday,
25 September 2012, to transact the business as stated in the
notice of annual general meeting forming part of the Annual
Report.

Record Date
The record date by which shareholders of the Company must be
registered in the Company’s securities register in order to attend
and vote at the meeting is Friday, 7 September 2012. The last day
to trade in the ordinary shares of the Company listed on the JSE
Limited’s stock exchange in order to be eligible to vote at the
annual general meeting will be Friday, 31 August 2012.
