The Directors of Growthpoint Properties Limited have declared a final dividend of 0.07113 cents and a debenture
interest payment of 71.12887 cents per linked unit. Due to this distribution the strike price of the above warrant will
be adjusted and the announcement thereof will be made accordingly on the ex-distribution date, being Monday, 17
September 2012.
