RESULTS OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING



Shareholders are advised that, at the Annual General Meeting of Ansys
shareholders held yesterday, all the resolutions were passed by the
requisite majority of shareholders present and represented by proxy
except for Special Resolution number 3 regarding Financial Assistance
in terms of section 44 and 45 of the Companies Act, No. 71 of 2008.
