RESULTS OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING, GENERAL MEETING AND UPDATE
                        ON CAPITAL RAISING


The Company is pleased to announce that, at the annual general
meeting of Decillion, held today, 28 August 2012, all the
resolutions presented in the notice of annual general meeting were
passed unanimously by the Decillion shareholders.

In addition, the resolutions presented at the general meeting,
held directly after the annual general meeting on 28 August 2012,
in relation to the circular issued on 3 August 2012, were also
passed unanimously by the Decillion shareholders.

The special resolutions will be lodged with CIPC for registration.

Further to the SENS announcement made on 23 August 2012,
subscriptions were received by the Company to date in the amount
of R671 000 000. The company has accepted these subscriptions and
is awaiting settlement thereof.

In accordance with the special resolution passed today relating to
the specific issue of shares, the directors have agreed that
investors and/or shareholders are permitted to continue to
subscribe for shares for a period of one month from date of
approval of this special resolution having been passed or the date
of the listing of the securities for purposes of the reverse
listing, whichever is the later.

The Company will keep shareholders informed of progress made and
the final results of the subscription.
