Shareholders are advised that the annual financial statements will
be distributed to shareholders on or about the 28 August 2012 and
contain no modifications to the reviewed results which were
published on SENS on 24 April 2012.

Notice of the annual general meeting
Notice is hereby given that the Astrapak annual general meeting of
Ordinary shareholders will be held at African Pride Melrose Arch
Hotel on Friday 28 September 2012 at 09h00 to transact the
business as stated in the annual general meeting notice forming
part of the annual financial statements.

Salient dates
The notice of the Company’s annual general meeting has been sent
to its shareholders who were recorded as such in the Company’s
securities register on 10 August 2012 being the notice record date
set by the Board of the Company used to determine which
shareholders are entitled to receive notice of the annual general
meeting.

The record date on which shareholders of the Company must be
registered as such in the Company’s securities register in order
to attend and vote at the annual general meeting is Friday, 21
September 2012. The last day to trade in order to be entitled to
vote at the annual general meeting will therefore be Friday 14
September 2012. Proxy forms must be lodged by no later than 09h00
on Thursday, 27 September 2012. Any forms of proxy not lodged by
this time must be handed to the chairperson of the annual general
meeting immediately prior to the annual general meeting.
