RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

At the annual general meeting (“AGM”) of shareholders of Famous
Brands held on Thursday, 23 August 2012 (in terms of the notice
of AGM contained in the Famous Brands annual report issued on
Friday, 15 June 2012), all of the resolutions were passed by the
requisite majority of Famous Brands shareholders.
