                    UPDATE ON CAPITAL RAISING


Shareholders are referred to the SENS announcement dated 18 June
2012 in relation to transactions detailed in a circular which was
posted to shareholders on 3 August 2012 containing, inter alia,
the proposed acquisition of property portfolios resulting in a
reverse-listing, the proposed change of name and a specific issue
of up to 360 000 000 new Decillion shares to raise up to a maximum
of R900 000 000.

The Company is pleased to announce that good progress has been
made in relation to subscriptions for the 360 000 000 new
Decillion shares with the Company having already received
subscriptions in excess of R360 000 000 (which was the minimum
subscription required as detailed in the above-mentioned
circular).

The Company continues to collect monies and more subscriptions are
expected to be received. Shareholders are reminded that the
closing date for the subscription of shares is tomorrow, 24 August
2012.

The Company will keep shareholders informed of the final results
of the subscription.
