TRADING UPDATE
In terms of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, companies
are required to publish a trading statement as soon as they become
reasonably certain that the financial results for the next period to
be reported on will differ by more than 20% from that of the previous
corresponding period.

Shareholders are advised that the company expects, for the six months
ended 30 June 2012, to report basic earnings and diluted basic
earnings of between 12.6 cents and 15.8 cents per share. For the six
months ended 30 June 2011, the company reported a basic loss and
diluted basic loss of 15.8 cents per share (0.32 cents per share
adjusted for the effect of a 50:1 share consolidation).

Furthermore, the company expects, for the six months ended 30 June
2012, to report headline earnings and diluted headline earnings of
between 16.8 cents and 21.8 cents per share. For the six months ended
30 June 2011, the company reported a headline loss and diluted
headline loss of 25.4 cents per share (0.5 cents per share adjusted
for the effect of the 50:1 share consolidation).

The financial information on which this trading statement is based has
not been reviewed or reported on by the company`s auditors.
